Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our philosophy

We pride ourselves on providing excellent and friendly service to cater to your needs and be as convenient and hassle-free as possible. For that reason, we do not enforce any financial fees or penalties for services that are rescheduled or cancelled within a reasonable time and for legitimate reasons.
We nurture a very close, respectful and honest relationship with our clients, and we understand that scheduling adjustments are part of daily life and are handled in a very friendly manner.

That said...

We reserve the right to deny rescheduling requests and charge a cancellation fee if we deem this policy and trust are being abused, are recurring beyond reasonable expectations, or impose unreasonable pressure and strain on our team, agenda or operations.

Weather and other external factors

For Auto Services, if the weather is not favourable, we'll reschedule at no extra cost.
For indoor cleaning services, extreme weather may affect our ability to provide adequate and timely service, in which cases our team will communicate wiuth you to understand your urgency, fleixibility and discuss options to reschedule at no extra cost.
